DESCRIPTION
	This imposing villa is set at the very end of a private road and has been designed with your comfort in mind. Opened in August 2007 the views to the sea and the mountains from the front and back of this villa are superb. The high ceilings in the villa give an air of space and the picture windows let in lots of light and sunshine. All our villas are set within private landscaped gardens and on the approach via the private road to this villa you pass orange and lemon trees and some of the islands most colourful flowers. On entry through the front door you walk into a contempary wood and granite kitchen fitted with all the latest appliances such as fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and extractor, microwave plus a breakfast bar where you can eat and chat. There is also a dining table with seating for 6 so you can enjoy your meals in style. Walk from the kitchen to the comfortable lounge which has large leather sofas, wooden coffee tables, DVD player, satellite television and music centre which all help to make your holiday a relaxing one. To complete the downstairs living area there is a downstairs cloakroom plus twin bedroom with ensuite family bathroom with patio doors to the outside garden area. The lounge has two patio doors which lead to a spacious veranda which has steps down to the garden area and to the side you have a private 10 x 5 swimming pool all ready for you to cool down in. There are sunloungers, patio tables and chairs and of course a barbeque for alfresco dining. There is also covered parking for two vehicles. On the first floor there is another large veranda which has patio door access from both bedrooms, the double bedroom has an ensuite walk in shower room and the second twin bedroom has a modern ensuite family bathroom. This villa has air-conditioning units both downstairs and upstairs for your comfort which is included in the price. All linen and towels are also included and a weekly maid service can be arranged at a small extra cost. Iron, ironing board, hairdryers, safe and outside clothes dryer are all available to make your stay more comfortable.
	Location Details: This villa is set on a private road between Coral Bay and Peyia. Coral Bay is approximately 10 minutes walk and has all the amenities you would want on holiday such as supermarkets, cashpoints, restaurants, bars and shops. Pafos International Airport is 25 km away and Pafos harbour 15 minutes car drive or alternatively you can catch the bus from Coral Bay to the harbour and to the market area. Dont forget to book early for the March Easter holidays, £610 per week thats just over £87 per day - shared between 6 people £14.53 a day !!!!! Testimonials Fantastic, quiet location.
