On approach to the villa from a private road you are instantly met with beautiful landscaped gardens, the stunning views will take your breath away and don't worry about parking as this villa has two parking spaces which are undercover and another one close by. On entry through the front door you walk into a contempory wood and granite kitchen fitted with all the latest appliances such as oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave plus a breakfast bar where you can eat and chat. There is also a dining table with seating for 6 so you can enjoy your meals in style. From the kitchen walk through to the comfortable lounge which has large leather sofas, wooden coffee tables, DVD player, satellite television and music centre which all help to make your holiday a relaxing one. The lounge has two patio doors which lead to a spacious veranda which has steps down to your private 10 x 5 swimming pool. Plus all the garden furniture you will need for relaxing by the pool or alfresco dining. With many activities on the doorstep like horse riding, cycling, walking, fishing, diving, boat trips, water sports plus the famous Coral Bay beach its a great place to spend your holidays. Paphos town is only 8km away so you can enjoy walking along the harbour front or having a coffee and watching the world go by then come back to the villa and relax by your own private swimming pool.
